This course explores through discussion and practical exercises, appointed person first aid requirements for those working in charities, voluntary organisations, corporate and care environments. Our trainer comes from a clinical and education background (RGN, Cert Ed).

Nose BleedsConcussion, compression, fractured skull and stroke managementEpilepsy, hypoglycaemia, poisonsBurns and scaldsFractures and sprains - RICECPR (cardio-pulmonary resuscitation)

Please note: The health and safety recommendation for this training is now six hours which is our preference, however for those where this may represent a difficulty we will consider delivering it in less time but place a minimum training period of 4 hours on this course.
